Independent snow and weather reporting from the Yuzawa & Minamiuonuma region of Niigata

New snowfall at base 0cm
Snowfall at base this season 833cm

Posted on Friday 25th April 2014 This is an archived report. The latest Yuzawa Now report can be found here.

The sun is out again this morning and clear skies all round. Not quite as blue as yesterday, a lighter shade.

But it's already warming up and later on this afternoon we can expect temps to rise to 20 degrees and perhaps even a little higher. And almost exactly the same is forecast for tomorrow as well. So come prepared with sunscreen, shades or even something to cover your face up with... there's been some burn out there.

Around Tuesday, maybe a little earlier, rain is expected. Until then, sunny skies and it should be a fine weekend.
