The snow eased off yesterday morning with just a few cm since the last report.
This morning starts with cloudy/overcast skies, some of it rather dark grey looking. There is a chance of rain during the day in town as it gets much milder than it has been (though remaining under 10). If we are lucky, snow higher up.
Cloud is forecast for tomorrow.
GALA Yuzawa is closed today, the reason given being forecast strong (southerly) winds. Other ski areas appear to be opening as planned. It doesn't feel particularly windy down in town at the moment, but that might change, of course.
