Posted on Friday 12th March 2021 This is an archived report. The latest Yuzawa Now report can be found here.
After the brightness of yesterday, it's an overcast and grey start to the day today.
There's not much of a wind and ski areas should be opening as planned this morning.
Unfortunately, if the forecasts are correct we are going to get rain on tomorrow and Sunday. Higher elevations may well get some snow, but lower areas are unlikely to escape rain. Always best to avoid rain, but timing could be better.. weekend, and all.
Ski areas have been expecting another busy weekend. Let's see what happens.
