Good morning from Yuzawa.

Fine, bright, sunny and hazy weather yesterday. It felt like it was more overcast later on - sometimes it is difficult to distinguish between hazy skies and cloud on a day like yesterday. Quite a lot of people out and about though enjoying the spring-like snow conditions.

This morning, alas, we are getting some rain in town. We are hoping it won't last long, leaving us with a mainly just cloudy day.

It is actually snowing at the top of Kagura and higher elevations, and even down a bit lower too in some places. Again, it probably won't last long.

The Atema pair lifts (from the Atema car park) at Joetsu Kokusai are back open today for their last three days of the season.

Sunny skies are due tomorrow.
