It's snowing again!
First of all back to yesterday, and it was a lovely morning with the skies clouding over and getting overcast by around midday.
And this morning the snow is falling - just 2cm at our measuring point as of 8:20am but for the moment it is coming down nicely - let's hope it continues. It's not particularly cold, currently just slightly above zero, though it shouldn't warm up too much during the day. Not as much as yesterday, perhaps a high of around 3C in town.
Kagura are reporting 5-10cm of fresh snow and our guy in Naeba posted 7cm on the report, so it looks like we can expect around that might at higher elevations. And hopefully more come the end of today.
Snow clouds still might be hanging around tomorrow (yesterday the forecast was saying clearer weather), so let's see if they can stick around. Clearer weather is still forecast by Sunday.
