Ah yes, it feels like February again!
Got some fresh snow this morning, about 5cm or so, and it's good and fairly cold. Perhaps not the lightest driest snow ever, but heavier snow forecast for later on this afternoon too - onegai shimasu! - along with strong winds. Colder conditions as well hopefully. It's all not expected to last much into tomorrow though according to the forecasts.
I believe it was raining lower down yesterday afternoon, but up here in Shiga Kogen we got some light snow slowly falling.
Looking like there's some potential in the coming week as well. Perhaps March will start off well...
