It's bright at the moment, but another storm is brewing. It is going to be interesting to see how it shapes up. That last one deposited large amounts of snow in some irregular locations and missed others that expect it. We shall see... heavy snow, please!


It is already quite windy this morning.


Today I see the Ichinose quad lift is being prepared and it looks like a few more lifts at Yokoteyama and Shibutoge are opening.


A few days of heavy snow and we will quickly see many more of the ski areas and lifts opening. Fingers crossed.
