We got another 5cm or so out of yesterday, but this morning while it is actually colder than yesterday, the sun is shining down over the Maruike area where I am writing this report from. There's lots of angry looking grey cloud up there as well though making for some dramatic sky scenery. In this area anyway. I think it's one of those mornings where there's differing conditions over different areas of Shiga Kogen. Looks like some lovely blue skies over Okushiga Kogen.... and hardly anyone on the lifts as well. I know where I'd like to be!


There is a chance of snow today according to the local forecast, with similar kind of conditions lined up for tomorrow. After that Friday might bring us a decent fresh topup just in time for the weekend...
