Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
It has almost felt like March for a while now, but today it actually is March.
We begin with a dusting of snow and fine weather expected today, though actually a quite cold morning.
There's snow on forecasts for Tuesday. I'm quietly excited about the thought of it, though trying to keep expectations in check!
