Morning from Shiga Kogen.
It's been mad this last day or so. I am hearing of over 1m of snowfall in places. Wind is blowing it around and so there are going to be places of more and places where there is less.
Kumanoyu seem to be the only ski area brave enough to report how much snow has fallen, saying 50cm. Yakebitaiyama are being more coy... just 'heavy snow'. Remember not everyone are heavy snowfall nerds like us, and eye-popping numbers can scare some people away!
Must get out there to deal with this snow.
When this storm passes, tomorrow?, conditions should be top level.
