Hello from Shiga Kogen on this first day of a long weekend. Monday is a holiday here in Japan - traditionally for some this is their last 'snow trip' of the season. Not for us gnarly folk though, of course...
It is a cloudy/foggy morning with all sorts of shades of white and grey going on. Oh yes, and a little fresh snow too! We are due some more tonight and all being well it will be a bigger number and a nice layer out there for Sunday skiers to enjoy. Tomorrow is going to be colder. Might even feel mid-winter-y, kind of.
