Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
I have good news to report this morning with fresh snow on the ground. It almost feels like winter again!
Yakebitaiyama reported 5cm as of 3am and Kumanoyu were reporting 10cm as of 7am. From what I am seeing, in places I'd say there is up to 10cm, and I just measured 8cm.
From what I can see on the webcam, there looks like there is probably more than that over at Okushiga Kogen. Really looks like it is snowing quite heavily at the time of this report.
