After the wintery conditions of yesterday, we are back to clearer conditions this morning in Shiga Kogen. The sun is out. Blue skies all around. Nice new snow from yesterday to play in. Hardly any wind at all. A good day. More snow is forecast before tomorrow morning and through perhaps into the weekend.
Again it looks like weekenders will be enjoying clearer conditions, hopefully after another delivery of fresh snow.
