Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
First off, here's what resorts are reporting:
Yakebitaiyama: 30cm of fresh snow
Kumanoyu: 10cm of fresh snow
I have measured 16cm.
Cold and a bit windy this morning but most areas appear to be opening as normal.
Tomorrow clearer skies are forecast with more snow due over the weekend.
