I'm happy to report that the decent snowfall I mentioned might happen in my last report has happened.
26+cm on the ground near my place and it is snowing quite heavily as I write this. Feels like mid winter once again.
I see that Okushiga Kogen are reporting 30-40cm over there.
Forecasts don't show this snow lasting long this morning - they can, of course, be wrong - with more sun or clearer skies expected over the next few days than snow.
It's cold and a bit windy too at the moment by the way...
Interesting to see how this pans out this morning. I'll let you know tomorrow.
