New snowfall at base 0cm
Snowfall at base this season 682cm

Posted on Sunday 15th February 2026 This is an archived report. The latest Nozawa Now report can be found here.

Greetings from Nozawa.

It's bright and sunny out there.

Mild again and another warm day expected across the wider region (all of Japan?).

The temps should drop tomorrow and we might even get some fresh snow. We should not be surprised if it starts as rain, but hopefully it will turn even down in the village during the day.

I hope you enjoy your Sunday.
