Good morning from Niseko.
Annupuri has announced that today (Friday) is going to be the last day of the season over there.
Hirafu still seems intent on continuing beyond today, and warning of possibly windy conditions this morning (that might affect lift operations).
Mt Yotei is looking very fetching this morning, wearing a wide-rimmed cloud hat. Perhaps to celeblate the start of the second four-day chunk of Golden Week.
Note: It seems like I had left a mistake in info list (below), labelling the lift still open at Annupuri as the 'Dream' instead of 'Jumbo'. My mistake, my apologies.
