Good morning from Niseko.
The good news! 3cm of snow being reported this morning by Hirafu and I can believe that. It's pretty cold and it looks like it might be snowing looking up there.
Down here at base it's raining, kind of sleet in places as you gradually go higher. Hopefully wind won't be an issue and lifts can be opening as planned.
I think tomorrow I might be able to tell you that things are brighter and a little warmer.
Two more days to go after today.
