Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes.

60-80cm is what Kagura are reporting this morning. That's new snowfall since yesterday, not the snow depth!

Here in Naeba, it's 40cm-60cm. I'd say there was a good half metre where I was this morning. Took a bit of effort to get the door open.

The current weather conditions are affecting the lifts a bit though - the Dragondola connecting Naeba with Tashiro is closed, and at Mitsumata just from the Ropeway to Kagura Number 1 pair lift is open.

You know what that means? We get some more snow today and tomorrow is just going to be heaven out there. The sun might well be out tomorrow as well. I know I'd be lining at the front of the queue for the first lift... if I didn't have to post another report to tell you about it tomorrow morning.

Oh yes.

(Ignore the official snow depth just increasing by 0cm at Kagura and 10cm at Naeba... that's just silly!)

Official resort snow depth:

Naeba - 150cm

Kagura - 270cm

All runs at Naeba open apart from Splash Bowl. Top area may be closed at times. Daishamen lift closed today. Some lifts opening late as the resorts cope with snow

The Dragondola is closed today due to conditions.
