No blue skies this morning. In fact we have snow. Lots of people in areas that don't usually get snow are excited this morning it seems because of the heavy snow falling there. Does that mean we got 90cm overnight? Alas, no it doesn't... the snow has just been falling in the wrong place!

We did get about 5cm here in the village area and Naeba resort are reporting 'between 5cm and 20cm' on the slopes.

Kagura are saying 5cm.

Work that lot out if you can!

Generally poor visibility this morning with the snow still coming down.

It is snowing now though and fingers and toes crossed we'll get a decent amount to be able to report tomorrow morning.

Official resort snow depth:

Naeba - 160cm

Kagura - 320cm

Splash Bowl is due to be open for a limited time today.
