New snowfall at base 2cm
Snowfall at base this season 460cm
Posted on Monday 13th January 2025 This is an archived report. The latest Naeba Now report can be found here.
What a surprise today!
A sunny, partly cloudy morning has turned into heavy snowfall, and we’re reporting 2 cm of fresh snow - and it’s still coming down. It might not last much beyond this afternoon (or this morning maybe, depending on what forecast you look at).
There’s a mild wind at the base, and the temperature remains just slightly below zero. It might be sunny tomorrow before the next snowfall arrives the day after, but we’re definitely loving these unexpected snow deliveries!
