Good morning from Naeba.
4cm of fresh snowfall on the ground this morning with light snow falling but some patches of blue sky on display too at times. Light snow is actually forecast for the day, so not sure how it will turn out. Hopefully there'll be a bit more than that up higher.
Almost all of the main courses at Naeba are now open - just the top Takenokoyama lift and course and the Womens Riesen Slalom course remain closed.
Tomorrow morning we expect some sunshine perhaps a little more snow tomorrow night and into Monday as well. We'll see.
This weekend is one of the busiest of the winter season as Monday is a national holiday.
