Good morning from Naeba everybody.
Well, today is definitely going to be a cold one! Relatively strong winds and heavy snow combined have created partial blizzard conditions on the mountain. This, unfortunately, means that some of the mountain will not open today with The Dragondola and Prince Gondola No. 2 both currently on wind hold. However, the good news is that there will be awesome powder to ride all day long!
There should be powder in most places on the mountain, however, there will be a degree of drifting and wind accumulation going on as well meaning that you may have to hunt a little bit to find the best powder.
Looking onwards, this heavy snow is predicted to continue all week until Wednesday when there is expected to be a break in the weather.
Delectable!
