Morning from Madarao.

6cm of fresh snow on the ground to report this morning; the resort are reporting 10cm.

Generally cloudy start to the day after early snow has eased off and perhaps we might be able to enjoy some clearer skies.

Rain is expected later in the region tomorrow unfortunately and we might not escape it up here. It does certainly look like it's going to be warmer by a fair bit during the day tomorrow.

Don't worry though, temperatures should be back down come Tuesday with further snow due.
