Wild winds yesterday and a cancelled fireworks display after nighta. I think people were probably glad to get in an onsen yesterday after the conditions out there.
The snow was really coming down in style for a while there yesterday evening, quickly adding up to 15cm or so. A bit more to report this morning and the resort itself if saying that there has been an additional 15-25cm.
Snow not falling at the moment and just cloudy.
The tree runs should be great today.
There's also a free to enter 'Speed Challenge' event going on today which sounds like fun.
Clear conditions forecast for tomorrow and a return to more early spring like weather conditions due this coming week.
