Good morning from Madarao.
There's fresh snow out there this morning. Still not one of the massive loads that we often get here, with the ski area itself reporting 10cm. I measured a bit more than that.
As I write this visibility is fairly decent with light snow falling and that is pretty much what is forecast for the day.
It looks like tomorrow and the first day of 2023 will be calm with perhaps some sun, before more snow coming our way as we head into Monday.
The top Number 3 lift at Madarao will be opening from this morning. Night skiing open today with the Number 1 and 2 lifts scheduled to be operating.
