Good morning from Madarao.

The second day of the season and it is starting with lovely blue skies in the region and sunshine. I envy the folk out there enjoying the first lifts of the day.

It felt great to be back out on the board yesterday. That first ride of the season is always special. The day ended up being generally cloudy with light snow falling at times.

Like other nearby regions, we're looking at a spell of dry and mild conditions over the next few days with the likelihood of rain mid week. Once we get over that it should be back to snow by the weekend so keep an eye on the forecast page. Let's hope that it doesn't warm up too much.....

The first nights of the season at Madarao Kogen will be on 23rd December. Later this week I'll post more info on the plans for nighta.

Lifts currently operating at Madarao Kogen:

- Number 1 lift

- Number 2 quad lift

Lifts currently operating at Tangram Ski Circus:

- Number 1

- Number 3

- Number 5

Lift tickets are available at the special price of 2000 yen for adults and 1000 yen for children (elementary school age).

These lower prices are available until Thursday 22nd December.
