Hello from Madarao.

Actually... I need to clearly note that I am in Matsumoto this morning so I am going on what my (trusted) friend is telling me. I will check again later and adjusting if necessary.

Cloudy conditions with about 10cm on the ground and poor visibility.

It is keeping cold but not as cold as yesterday (which started off very cold).

Clearer skies are expected over the upcoming ling weekend. Monday is a holiday in Japan.

With the fire festival happening tomorrow, we can all expect Madarao to be busy! I recommend an early start.
