Another 6cm of snow here at base since yesterday and calmer and somewhat clearer conditions as well.
Perhaps more cloud around than we expected early morning though it's due to clear up and the sun to be a big part of the day later on. Maybe tomorrow too along with the expected rise in temperatures as well.
Rain is still there on the forecast for Saturday with that freezing level rising w-aaa-yyy too high for everyone's liking but it should be quite quickly back to cold and snow come Monday.
For now though a very good day in store I think!
