Good morning from Hakuba.
Yesterday was a cold and snowy day. Not much of a wind and some fine conditions, even if visibility was quite limited. Where I was anyway. (Goryu). I'd guess there was another 10cm or so of snow up there during the day.
It's staying cold this morning and I can report 13cm of new snowfall at base since yesterday.
There's some cloud around still, but lots of blue sky and sunshine. It feels like it's going to be a very fine Monday morning. Forecasts tell us that the next few days will be generally calm and clear at times, if there's any more snow it will just be light.
