It's snowing lightly this morning and ski areas are reporting varying amounts of new snow, with the most being 10cm coming from Cortina. There was about 5cm during the day at 47 and they are reporting another 5+cm this morning. There's just a thin layer on lower base areas this morning, up to around 3cm in places. Visibility looks a bit limited in places especially higher up, though around base now I can see the shape of the sun behind the cloud. We aren't expecting a full clear up though.
Quite cold early this morning but tomorrow should be colder still.
That's it for now. Until tomorrow, which right now is forecast to be a mix of cloud and clearer weather.
