The sun is out now but overnight we got a blast of winter conditions, and a layer of snow.
It is (was) a thin layer down around base areas, but a fair bit more up top.
Hakuba 47 is reporting about 30cm* of snowfall on upper areas.
30 inches would be amazing, but 30cm sounds pretty good too!
The thin layer outside my place has gone now, but the mountains are looking good.
It currently looks like it should be relatively mild over the coming days with a share of sunshine.
(* The auto-translate on Facebook is translating the original "30cm" as "30 inches". Be wary of these wild inaccuracies!)
