There was still a lot of cloud around but blue sky and sunshine too later in the day yesterday. Lots of that great dramatic mountain scenery to be enjoyed... as well as the snow, of course.
It's a cold early morning. It's bright and sunny with thin cloud around and a high temp later on of about 3C due in the village, so ending up quite mild. It's going to get colder though from tomorrow and still quite a lot of promise of good snowfall as well in the coming days.
I notice that Hakuba Cortina has now reported over 9m of snowfall on the upper areas this season. See that list just here...
