Independent snow and weather reporting from the Hakuba region of Nagano

New snowfall at base 0cm
Snowfall at base this season 522cm

Posted on Friday 16th March 2018 This is an archived report. The latest Hakuba Now report can be found here.

It is colder this morning. The warmth was kind of nice, but it was too warm for too long which of course is not the best friend of snow.

Anyway this morning it is raining early on but expected to be sleet or perhaps snow later as it gets a little colder still during the morning. I can't see anything being reported but perhaps a dusting of snow higher up.

Limited visibility too.

Tomorrow we are going to see more sunshine.
