Good news this morning!
By yesterday afternoon Hakuba 47 were reporting about 10cm of fresh snow on their upper slopes. Snowing very nicely at times.
This morning ski areas are generally reporting around 10-20cm at base areas and 20-30cm higher up. (Cortina say they have 15-20cm on their social media this morning, but on the Hakuba Valley website it has clocked up 45cm. Don't know what's going on there... I'm just the messanger, etc.)
I have measured 15cm myself since yesterday morning. It's snowing now too, so hopefully we're on for some more... and tomorrow too. Hurray!
