Good morning from Hakuba.
This morning Tsugaike wins the new snowfall award, reporting 40cm of fresh since yesterday.
Goryu is reporting 30cm, Hakuba 47 is reporting 20cm and Happo-one is reporting 25cm in upper areas.
Nice. There should be some fine conditions to enjoy this morning.
Right now down at base it is largely cloudy but there's a hint of the sun trying to break through in places, but it is still snowing lightly in places and more so at higher elevations. Still quite windy in places.
We should get more snow over the next few days, but forecasts right now indicate some clearer skies over the weekend.
