Hello from Hakuba and apologies for the later report today.
We had another 3-5cm of snow earlier on this morning in the village and about 20cm above 1200m, and it continues to snow this lunchtime.
It has been a cold morning and even now remains at just around -3C degrees, there is no wind and the snow is nice and dry snow - and so is the air.
We are expecting snow to continue through the day perhaps into tomorrow but after that things should be easing off somewhat and we might get to see some sun.
For now, excellent conditions to enjoy out there.
