Good morning from Geto Kogen.
Wind was a factor yesterday but there was some good new fresh to enjoy.
3cm more snow on the ground with perhaps double that higher up. It is still quite windy and it is currently snowing thought it might not last.
There is more snow on the weekly forecast too, so perhaps we can enjoy a good end to February and start of March.
You might have heard of some heavy snow in parts of northern Tohoku yesterday... some of which was in places that doesn't usually get much snow (and doesn't 'need' it).
Lifts operating (planned):
All scheduled lifts operating.
Currently, the Number 2 gondola and Number 2 do not operate on weekdays.
Runs open (planned):
Main ski runs open with some restrictions.
Available tree run courses: All except Extreme and Cascade.
Subject to change after inspection.
