Posted on Saturday 28th December 2019 This is an archived report. The latest Geto Kogen Now report can be found here.

Good morning from Geto.

8cm of fresh snow on the ground this morning, lots of thin cloud about early on but breaks in them too... though we do have more snow forecast. Looks like we can probably best expect a mix of cloud and snow at times.

Perhaps a break from snow after today but more is due as we end the year and enter 2020. Looks like it will be a good start to the new year. Arrive wrapped up well though - it is going to be cold!

The Number 2 Gondola is operating for the weekend - it will also be open over the New Year period.

Official snow depths:

* Top: 150cm

* Base: 55cm

Planned operating lifts - subject to change:

* Number 1 Gondola

* Number 1 pair lift

* Number 2 pair lift

* Quad

Courses & Tree Runs - subject to change:

* All of the main official courses are available

* All tree runs not yet open for the season

Nighta skiing operations
