Good news for you this morning.
27cm of fresh snowfall since my last report here at base and a good mountain-wider cover.
Ace.
After snow in the morning yesterday it cleared up for a while but got back to snowing by evening and it still is this morning.
Rather windy too with the snow being blown about. Mid-winter, yeah!
Somewhat calmer conditions are due tomorrow.
Curiously, the official snow depth numbers are unchanged - but that hardly matters!
