New snowfall at base
5cm
Snowfall at base this season 669cm

Posted on Sunday 11th January 2026 This is an archived report. The latest Geto Kogen Now report can be found here.

We enjoyed some blue sky and sunshine yesterday during the day and saw some snow melt, but it was back to snow falling again from last night and it is currently snowing. The snow is a bit on the wet side as it's not very cold, but it should be getting colder later on in the day.

5cm of fresh and counting.

Wind is still forecast to be a factor today, so we might have to watch out for possible lift disruptions.
