Good morning from Geto Kogen.


And what a fine morning it is too. Nice blue sky with some cloud. It's what we are expecting for the day.


It is going to be a bit warmer than usual, so we can also probably expect the snow to be a bit heavy.


We have had a decent amount of it though since yesterday morning with the ski area reporting up to 60cm.


More sun due tomorrow. It should be getting colder again, with more fresh snow, from early in the coming week.


Snowfall statistics (as reported by the ski area):


New snowfall (top): up to 60cm

Current snow depth (top): 360cm

Current snow depth (base): 275cm

Total season snowfall so far at top: 1540cm

- Number 2 Gondola (open today: usually open on weekends and holidays)
