It is snowing very lightly at base level. From above halfway up the ski resort there is low morning cloud. Overnight there has been around 2cm of fresh snow in the Kitanomine village, and the resort is reporting 18cm at the top. Conditions are calm with no wind. Visibility is good on the lower half and fair on the upper half until the cloud lifts.
