The snow continued through the afternoon yesterday, leading to a healthy 14 cm measured this morning at the Top Secret Official SnowJapan Snow Measuring Station. Things are right well covered, and looking good. It’s still snowing lightly, and still fairly windy. It would make a good start on the base, but Alas! If only it was going to stay, but temps are still forecast to be very warm next weekend, so bye-bye snow.


It’s a real bummer, but still indicates what the early season snowfall can be in Furano, if only the temperature would stay under control.
