Welcome back to Furano Now!
I am pleased to be able to report that the snow season has started!
Yesterday brought 7cm of fresh snow at the base, blanketing both the ski area and Furano town in white. Winter has officially arrived, and we’re excited for what looks to be a promising 2024-25 season.
We’ll be posting updates each time there’s a significant snowfall, with daily reports commencing once the resort opens and those lifts start moving.
