New snowfall at base 27cm
Snowfall at base this season 583cm

What a change around. We knew the rain would change to snow yesterday but it dumped a good part of the day to give us up to 25cm. We have had another couple of cm overnight but is becoming wetter.

The wetness does mean the snow is heavy and a bit sticky but the village is bathed in a beautiful white coat again and shovels are back out for snow clearing.

More snow is forecasted for the weekend so conditions can only improve over the day and temps are a little colder then what it has been.
