Good Morning Skiers & Boarders,
What a difference a day can make! Yesterday the lovely green grass slopes of Kitanomine was a thing, and today they are completely covered in 8 cm of proper whiteness. Yeah! AND, the weather report is showing the little snowman every day for the next several days. This is all good.
BUT, here at Furano Now, we don't pull any punches, so I am obligated to mention that warm temps are coming Fri-Sun, with forecasted temps of +5, +7, and +4. This is not good. We'll have to see what that does.
Anyway, the resort is reporting 15 cm of new stuff on top.
Think snow.
