Snowfall at base this season 160cm

Posted on Sunday 3rd December 2017 This is an archived report. The latest Furano Now report can be found here.

It was a reasonably nice day in Furano today with the sun around and light snow from morning until afternoon. The new snow accumulation was a respectable 9cm for the day. So far the season is impressive in terms of snow fall and the huge amount that fell in November has set up a fantastic base all over the mountain. Tomorrow it looks like we will have a break from snow and may get some more sun.

Furano Zone partially open.

Kitanomine Zone closed.
