Hello Skiers & Boarders,
Yesterday was icky and gray, but today is a beautiful sunny day, blue skies with white puffy clouds for decoration.
Biggest news is that Lift C, aka Prince Romance, aka the double chair at the base of the Furano Zone has closed for the season due to snow melt. This is the normal pathway here, as spring operations are moved to the higher lifts. About one more month of skiing available, weather permitting.
Pretty breezy today, so you won't get overheated.
Sunday at 1:00 PM is the annual pond skimming event. Always lots of fun to see people dunked into freezing water.
Think snow.
