It is snowing lightly with very fine flakes coming down and there is a layer of 5cm of fresh snow on the ground. The temperature is a chilly -16c and the high in town will be -9c. The day is expected to stay cloudy until early afternoon when the cloud may start to break. Cloud is down to base at the moment and visibility looks limited.
